Recipes under 100cal!
Here are a few recipes I have made along the way that are awesome for if you like the feeling of a full tummy while still staying under 100 calories! Plus they are all yummy!
None of the measurements are exact but pretty close estimates.
💙1) 20-30cal Soup:)
⚬2-3 cups of water
⚬1-2 tbls of dice tomatoe (4-10 cal)
⚬1 tbls of dices green pepper (2-6 cal)
⚬ 1 spoonful of chicken broth (about 5 cal)
⚬1/2 cup spinach (4-10 cal)
⚬A dash of salt, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, and tumeric (great for the digestive system)
Boil all of these together only medium/high heat for 10 mins and enjoy! I also like to blend mine in a blender when it’s all cooked because I hate to chew my food!
💙2) Zero cal Vanilla Ice Cream!
⚬1-2 cups ice
⚬3-5 tbls water
⚬Dash of vanilla extract
⚬1-4 tbls stativa extract
⚬Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Blend all these together in a blender and enjoy ! You can even add a cup of cold coffee to make it a zero cal vanilla frappe!
💙3) 30-60 cal Pizza!
⚬Mix together 1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt and 1-2 cups of self-rising flour and knead into a dough (240 cal)
⚬2 tbls tomatoe paste (15cal); mix in the whites of 1 egg (17)(optional)
⚬1-2 tbls parmesan cheese (30-60 cal)
⚬1/2 cup spinach
⚬Dash of pepper, salt, basil, onion powder
The thinner you roll the dough the more slices you make! The more slices you make the fewer the calories! Also feel free to change up the topping to anything you like on your pizza. Other good options are greep peppers, broccoli, olives, and ham! Cook in the oven on 325 until crust is golden brown! Then cut up into 4-8 slices. Will range from about 40-60 cal per slice depending on how you cut it up!
